In association with Catherine Dudmesh Coaching, GPS offers tailored corporate events combining the excitement & challenge of power-boating with executive coaching to drive business performance. Each session is tailor-made to suit the objectives, culture and style of business. Typical themes include:

• Leadership development: honing the leadership skills crucial in developing a high performance business
• Business planning: setting strategic business objectives and developing action plans
• Teambuilding: building an effective and cohesive management team
• The Manager as Coach: developing the coaching skills of the management team

Catherine Dudmesh has over twenty years of corporate experience at senior and board level in the marketing services sector in client facing, HR and general management positions. She is also a professional and qualified coach, using her coaching skills to listen, to reflect, to create new frames of reference and to heighten self awareness. A typical two day session would include a first day on land, facilitated by Catherine Dudmesh Coaching. These sessions are interactive, challenging and thought-provoking and typically cover:

• Setting goals
• Discovering and overcoming barriers
• Generating ideas
• Committing to a plan of action

Day Two is on the water, led by GPS when there is an opportunity to let off steam and build on the learnings of Day One in an active and exciting way. This is a hands-on day and everyone is expected to have a go at the helm as the team is set practical challenges and problems on the water. Safety is of paramount importance, along with learning a new skill under the expert tuition of GPS.
